Intro to Black Sand Beach

Black Sand Beach is located a little ways past Makena Beach and Golf Resort. A nice feature of the neighborhood is that the gated entrance is just off to the right of Makena Alanui, which makes the neighborhood easy to miss. With that being said, Black Sand Beach is an extremely private community with virtually your own private beach (Black Sand Public Beach is not often used by locals/tourists). Obviously, Black Sand Beach's greatest asset is its prime location right on Black Sand Beach. Living in this exclusive neighborhood enables the ultimate luxury beach bum lifestyle.
